1) Open regedit.exe ( or Registry Editor )
2) Navigate to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive”
3) Delete the subkey “DisableFileSyncNGSC” (or change value from 1 to 0)
4) Start Onedrive.exe again
