Vì một lý do nào đó mà bạn cần phải thay đổi IP cho server hoặc vps dùng CentOS Linux Web Hosting control panel (CWP) thì bạn có thể thực hiện theo hướng dẫn sau để thay đổi IP.
Sau khi hoàn tất đổi đổi IP mới trong file cấu hình mạng (thường là file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0) ta thực hiện tiếp các bước sau:
1. Di chuyển đến CWP setting >> Edit setting : thay thế IP mới vào giá trị Shared IP các giá trị khác không cần thay đổi.
2. Di chuyển đến Server Settings >> Change hostname : tại đây bạn thay đổi hostname mới nếu có thay đổi và có thể kiểm tra phân giải rDNS/PTR records .
3. Di chuyển đến User Accounts >> List Accounts : tại đây ta edit từng account về IP mới.(nhớ check vào mục Update DNS Zone)
4. Di chuyển đến DNS Functions >> Edit Nameservers IPs : thay thế các địa chỉ nameserver với IP mới.
5. Sau khi thực hiện các thao tác trền ta cần rebuild lại
webserver để tránh các lỗi về sau. Di chuyển đến Apache Settings
>> Apache Re-Build và recompile webserver.
6. Nếu đang dùng varnish cache hoặc nginx reverse proxy thì sẽ cần rebuild lại cấu hình vhost như sau: Di chuyển đến Apache Settings >> Select WebServers >> Chọn vào kiểu webserver đang sử dụng và nhấn “Save & Rebuild Configuration”
7. Nếu đang sử dụng mailserver thì sẽ cần rebuild lại: Di chuyển đến Email >> Mail Server Manager >> rebuild mail server
8 . Reboot server
9. Tiến hành kiểm tra hoạt động.
How to Change the IP Address of Server?
At this tutorial i wanna show how to change the IP Address of CentOS Web Panel server.
Please follow these steps in order to IP Address of your VPS/Dedicated server:
1- Go to CWP Settings --> Edit Settings and replace Shared IP field with Default/New IP Address
2- Go to CWP Settings --> Change Hostname and replace New Hostname with rDNS/PTR records of your Default/New IP (you can check this record by reverse DNS lookup services)
3- Go to User Accounts --> List Accounts and you need to go to “Edit Account” section of all accounts on your server and replace IP field with Default/New IP Address (you also must check the “Update DNS Zone” checkbox)
4- Go to DNS Functions --> Edit Nameservers IPs and replace all NS1 and NS2 IPs with Default/New IP Address.
5- after all of this I suggest you to rebuild your WebServer in order to prevent future issues , So you need to Go to Apache Settings --> Apache Re-Build and recompile your apache webserver
6- If you were using Varnish Cache or Nginx Reverse Proxy you must
Go
to Apache Settings --> Select WebServers and select Default Web
Servers which you were using and Click on “Save & Rebuild
Configuration”.
7-if you were using MailServer you should Rebuild your MailServer
8-Reboot your server
